About Real Estate Hub

I built Real Estate Hub because buying a home is confusing enough without the industry gatekeeping the math.

I'm not a real estate agent. I'm not a mortgage broker. I'm just someone who went through the home-buying process and realized how hard it is to get straight answers about costs. How much house can you actually afford? What's the difference between FHA and conventional? How does PMI work? I built these calculators to answer those questions — using publicly available data from HUD, FHFA, and federal lending guidelines.

All the calculators on this site are free. No sign-up, no email, no upsell. If I link to a lender or real estate service, it's through an affiliate link that may earn a small commission, but I only recommend things I've used or researched enough to trust.

I also run a few other sites (truck gear, indoor plants, personal finance, health calculators). Same person, same approach. No real estate license, no fake credentials, no team of experts. Just one person who reads a lot and builds tools that help.
