I pulled MLS data for 3-bedroom condos in Orlando's 32828 zip code (east Orlando, near Waterford Lakes) this morning. Median days on market: 68. That's the highest since March 2022, when we were still in the post-pandemic cooldown.

• January 2026: 52 days
• April 2026: 61 days
• July 2026: 68 days
